Carers lobby for better welfare in London
Carers from across England came to Trafalgar Square to lobby for better welfare from the state.
A petition was handed in to Downing street, and carers lobbied MPs to express their views about the dire poverty affecting many carers forced to live on £53 a week. We spoke to a number of the marchers to find out their feelings.
